About Claire

What seems like a lifetime ago I obtained a BA(hons) in European Studies at the University of Liverpool - spending a year in Paris. As I look back, I realise that since I left University I have never truly stopped learning or training.

Originally from the North West I found myself moving down to Surrey to work for Air France at Heathrow, first in Customer Services and then for the major part of 14 years as a Flight Dispatcher - with quite some responsibility.

I discovered Life Coaching when I was starting my Reflexology Practice whilst working full time. I found myself doubting the choices I had made to get me to this stage and really beating myself up quite a lot about it.

I loved being a Reflexologist but starting a business and holding down a full-time job was stressful and there was something else going on, something missing and I didn't really know what.
Coaching helped me see what it was that was missing and helped me to find it

Training

I trained with with Andrew James at the Practitioners School of Reflexology in 2005  and I am a full member of the Association of Refexologists.  I continue to update my skills with further training yearly.

I have also trained in Reiki, Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage and Tsuboki. I have since trained to become a Professional Co-Active Life Coach with prestigious coaching school  The Coaches Training Institute.
